Editorial policy: How we prepare content

Who writes the pages?

Our pages are written by the Kaynaq team. Each page shows its author, publication date and last update at the top. Pages reviewed by a specialist also name the reviewer.

How do we choose and verify sources?

• Platform claims, such as how an engine works, what a bot is called or whether a feature is live, are verified against the platform’s own documentation: Google Search Central, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and the like.
• Legal information comes from the current text in Türkiye’s official legislation database and from the relevant authority’s own publications.
• Every source is listed at the end of the page with the date we checked it. The red [n] mark in the text points to it.
• We do not publish a number, statistic or claim we cannot source.
• Where there is no primary source on a point, we say so plainly rather than presenting a guess as fact.

Where do we use AI?

Here is how we work:

• We use AI tools for research, drafting, translation and the site’s code. They speed the work up; responsibility for what we publish stays with us.
• Information from an AI tool never counts as a source on its own. Every claim is checked against its primary source.
• No page is published before a person has read and approved it.
• Example AI answers on our pages are schematic, and the page says so next to the example. When we show a real answer, we name the engine and the date.
• We do not use AI-generated images on the site.

Independence and conflicts of interest

• We take no sponsorship, commission or payment from the AI companies and tool vendors we mention. If that changes, the page concerned will say so plainly.
• Engine names and logos are their owners’ trademarks; their presence on our pages does not imply a partnership.
• We do not publish client names, data or results without written permission.
• Wikipedia’s conflict-of-interest rules restrict edits made on behalf of an organisation or for pay^{[2]Source 2: Wikipedia:Conflict of interestWikipedia:Conflict of interestWikipediaaccessed: 26 September 2026}. We do not make edits for clients that break those rules.

How do we publish measurements?

We publish our own AI visibility in the Open Ledger, together with the measurement method. We do not remove a record when the result is poor; a missing reading stays empty and is never filled with an estimate.

How do we correct mistakes?

• Platform details change quickly. We re-check pages about engines, bots and features regularly and update the date we checked them.
• When we find a mistake, we fix the page and log the correction, with its date, in the “Updates and corrections” section at the end of the page. We do not quietly delete a significant error.

Quoting and reuse

You may quote our pages with attribution and a link; each page ends with a ready-made citation line. Open Ledger data may be reused under CC BY 4.0 with attribution.
