Privacy policy

In short

• We use no cookies, and no analytics, advertising or social media tracking code.
• Our fonts and images load from our own server; opening a page sends no request to another company’s server.
• We use what you send through the form only to answer your request and prepare a proposal.
• We do not sell or rent your data or add it to a marketing list.
• We do not record the address you enter in the readiness test.

What is collected?

• Contact form: your name, email address, optionally your company or website, and your message. The form includes an invisible bot trap and a rate limit to prevent abuse.
• AI readiness test and AI bot access test: the address you enter is used only to run the test. The test reads the page at that address and the site’s robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap files as any public visitor would. Your IP address is held in server memory for the 10-minute rate-limit window and deleted when it expires.
• Generator tools: the llms.txt, schema and question set generators run entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us.
• Server logs: the infrastructure hosting the site records technical details with each request, such as IP address, browser details and the requested address. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.

How is your information protected?

• The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we tell browsers so with an HSTS header.
• The form and the test are protected by rate limits.
• The test tool refuses to send requests to internal network addresses and local servers.
• Only authorised team members can access incoming messages.

Third-party services and links

Form messages reach us through an email delivery service, and the site runs on a hosting provider. These providers and any transfers abroad are listed in the KVKK privacy notice.

Source links on our pages lead to other sites. When you follow one, that site’s privacy policy applies; we are not responsible for its practices.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. We announce significant changes, such as adding cookies or an analytics tool, on this page before they take effect.
