Scope

These terms cover the site and the free tools. A service relationship with Kaynaq is set up separately by a written contract; where the contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

Content on the site

• The content is general information, not legal, financial or medical advice. Consult a specialist about your own situation.
• Platform details were checked against primary sources on the date shown at the end of each page. Platforms change their rules; check the source for the latest.
• No content is a guarantee of any ranking or of appearing in an AI answer.

Free tools

• The tools are provided as they are. Their results are indicative and may be incomplete or wrong.
• Use them only on sites that are public or that you are authorised to test.
• Do not use them to put load on other sites, probe for vulnerabilities or run automated bulk queries. We apply rate limits to prevent abuse and may restrict access where necessary.

Intellectual property and quoting

• The text, design, logo and software on the site belong to Kaynaq and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• You may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the page.
• Open Ledger data may be reused under CC BY 4.0 with attribution.
• You may use the logo files only when referring to Kaynaq and in line with the rules in the Press Kit.
• ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, and their logos, are trademarks of their owners. Kaynaq is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaynaq is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of information on the site or of tool results. Liability for intent and gross negligence is not excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction
