GEO for real estate agencies: The reliable source for your area
When a buyer or tenant asks an AI about a neighbourhood, a housing project or an agency, the answer is compiled from listing platforms, maps and local sources. In Türkiye, listing rules are set by regulation. This page explains those rules and how an agency becomes the right source in its area.
Real estate trade in Türkiye requires a licence, and listings must show the licence number, business name and location details. For online listings, identity and authority are verified through the Ministry of Trade’s EİDS system. Here GEO means consistent agency information across every channel and sourced content that answers questions about the area.

According to the Ministry of Trade, identity verification of advertisers through the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) began on 1 November 2023. How is AI visibility built within this framework?
- Agency name, address, phone and licence number are identical on the website, Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Yandex Maps and listing platforms. Google asks that the business name match the real-world nameSource 3: Guidelines for representing your business on Google.
- Guide pages for the areas you serve cover neighbourhoods, projects, transport and zoning, with sources.
- Price and market information uses only data with a known source and date; no estimated figures.
- What AI says about the agency is measured regularly; errors such as an old address or a closed branch are corrected at the source.
